What is the register used for?
- to plan services for the future
- to send you details of new services
- to ask you and your family what you think of existing services
- researchers can ask us to help them with their projects but we won’t give out your name and address unless you agree.
You don’t have to be on the Case Register, you decide if you want to be included.
The Case Register employs Home Visitors to collect the information we need. Much of that information comes from our questionnaire.
