In the housing section there's information about housing options for people with a learning disability in Sheffield.
 
You can get information about supported living by going to the ‘Supported Living’ page on the left. Supported living enables you to choose who you live with, where you live and how you live. In supported living enables you can live on your own or with others.
 
You can find out about short breaks (respite services) by going to the ‘Short Breaks’ page. The respite service provides carers with the opportunity to have either a planned break or a break in an emergency, and also offers service users care to meet their needs
 
The ‘Care Homes’ page has information about registered residential and nursing homes.
 
There’s also a page called ‘Other Housing’ which lets you know who to contact for Council Houses and Housing Associations.
