It is really important for us to hear what you think about our services and our plans for the future.
When there are specific consultations happening, we will put information and links on this page so that you can tell us what you think...
Sheffield City Council wants to get things right first time for its customers. The Council wants to make sure that its customers, local people and businesses influence the things it does and how services are shaped.
With the help of its customers Sheffield City Council has come up with a new plan for how to do this.
The new plan wants to make sure that:
- Customers, local people and businesses can tell us what services they need, and give us feedback on services we provide so we can act on this.
- People can access services, where, when and in ways that are best for them. This includes services we provide or services one of our partners provides.
- Services are set up in a way that meets the needs of individuals.
- We are communicating with and representing the needs of Sheffield people, so that people know what services are available to them and how they can access them

Some questions to think about:
Sheffield City Council would really like to hear what people from the learning disabilities partnership think about the new plan and would like you to answer these questions:
- What things do you think we need to do differently in order to make sure we are focussed on our customers?
- What do you think we could do to make services more accessible to you and to meet your needs better?
- How could we communicate better with you about the services we provide?
- We want to hear from you about how we can improve our services; how would you like us to do this?
- What examples of excellent services can you think of that we can learn from?

Sheffield City Council has asked Social Research Associates (SRA) to find out more about taxi services in Sheffield for people with disabilities and mobility difficulties.
The things that the SRA find out will help them write a report for the Council, to say how the taxi service in Sheffield can be made better.
SRA would like people to complete a survey telling them your views and experiences of taxis.
How to?
If you would like to have your say, please click on this link: http://81.136.195.38/surveys/taxi.htm.
