Our Standards

Joint Service
The Joint Learning Disabilities Services strives to work to high standards with the best outcomes possible for people who use our services. We are also committed to improving standards and outcomes for service users.

On this page you can find out:

"Your Service Charter" is a booklet that tells you about our standards for the help we give you and your family.

If you get help from the Joint Learning Disabilities Service, you should be given a copy of this booklet.  You can also download the booklet from this webpage.  Follow this link to the bottom of the page to download the "Your Service Charter" booklet.

We also have standards about our conduct and behaviour both in service and when we visit you a home. These are also available for you to read at the bottom of the page.

If you don't think we meet our standards you can speak to the manager or staff of the service.  They will do all they can to sort out any problems.

You can also contact our Complaints Team on (0114) 273 4660 to tell them about your problem.

To find out more about making a complaint, please visit our Complaints and Compliments page at: http://www.signpostsheffield.org.uk/joint-service/complaints-compliments

The Joint Learning Disabilities Service has developed big plans (strategies) for how we will improve services for people with a learning disability for the future. You can find out about these big plans by visiting our 'Strategies' page at:
