People with learning disabilities want to work. Working is an important way of being included in the community. But many people with a learning disability have difficulty getting a job.
In Sheffield we have done a lot of work to improve the chances of people with a learning disability in Sheffield getting a job. This strategy* explains how we will help more people into work.
