Wheels For All:
Accessible cycling sessions take place every Thursday, at Hillsborough Park Pavilion, from 10am to 3pm. 
Each week you will find at least one Wheels For All (WFA) qualified cycling teacher, and a range of cycles to try out, so you can find the one which works for you. If you've never cycled before, you can find out what it feels like to take that first ride on 2, 3, or 4 wheels!

If you want to learn to walk or cycle somewhere on your own, travel training might help. To find out more about travel training call Phil Smith on 2039318 or fill in the referral form at the bottom of the page.
 
A travel trainer can help you learn to walk somewhere but they might not be someone who cycles on the road. So they might want to work together with Pedal Ready who help people to learn how to cycle safely on the road. Or you can just use the pedal ready service on its own:
