The Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) is a programme to support the fitness industry to become more inclusive.
This means it can meet the needs of disabled and non-disabled people and help them to do more physical activity.

Inclusive fitness equipment so you can get a full body workout
can be fun!
reduces the risk of some cancers, cardiovascular disease, type II diabetes and obesity
means you are less likely to be depressed and anxious
helps to improve your mood and self-esteem
reduces the risk of falls and accidents amongst older people or people with limited mobility
