The Learning Disabilities Partnership Board has a large number of task groups. A lot of the work of the Partnership Board is carried out in these groups. They focus on different priorities on behalf of the Board, to make sure we make progress in these areas.

The Members of People's Parliament (MPPs) have been elected to represent adults with a learning disability. They lead the People's Parliament and sit on the Partnership Board. Click on this link to find out more about the MPPs.
The Family Carer Reps represent the interests of family carers, and those they care for, on the Partnership Board and on its various working groups. The Family Carer Reps link with the FLASh (Families Lobbying and Advising Sheffield) group, a lobbying and advisory group which meets monthly and draws on the experiences and concerns of a wide range of carers in the city. FLASh meetings are held before each Partnership Board meeting to consider agenda items and agree feedback from carers. Click on this link to find out more about the family carer reps and FLASh group.
